RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At GUFS, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

⚠️ No return or replacement will be accepted for any reason other than those mentioned above.

 Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered under any circumstances.

 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Shipping label (AWB number visible)
  • Continuous opening process (without cuts or edits)
  • The damaged or incorrect product clearly visible

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.

 Cases Where Return / Replacement Is Not Accepted

  • Product does not meet personal expectations
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Color or design variation due to screen resolution
  • Delay in raising complaint beyond 24 hours
  • Missing, unclear, or edited unboxing video
  • Product damaged or used after delivery

Replacement Policy

  • Once the claim is verified and approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. Only replacement will be provided.
