RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At GUFS, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligible for Return / Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
⚠️ No return or replacement will be accepted for any reason other than those mentioned above.
Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered under any circumstances.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- Shipping label (AWB number visible)
- Continuous opening process (without cuts or edits)
- The damaged or incorrect product clearly visible
❌ Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.
Cases Where Return / Replacement Is Not Accepted
- Product does not meet personal expectations
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color or design variation due to screen resolution
- Delay in raising complaint beyond 24 hours
- Missing, unclear, or edited unboxing video
- Product damaged or used after delivery
Replacement Policy
- Once the claim is verified and approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Only replacement will be provided.
