Cancellation Policy

At GUFS, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel your order, contact us at support@gufs.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9355113737 with your Order ID.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.

❌ Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • In case of any issues after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (replace with actual link to your refund policy page).

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as payment is collected after delivery.
